There are bosses and bosses…in my career of more than three decades i have had about 15 bosses…they came in several shapes, sizes, colours and of course unique minds. If I look back now, I can hardly remember and name three of them for their contributions to my career. The fact is that your boss is one gentleman (or a lady) who can make or break your career, whether you like it or not. And what your boss is or is not has a tremendous bearing on your life in general and career in particular. Those of you who have heard and known about 'Pygmallion Effect', you know how truthful it is.
